I can't find my license key

It's in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment for CutLedger. You can also look up every order made with your email address at Lemon Squeezy's order lookup.

I got a new computer or phone

A key works on up to three devices at once. On the old one, open Settings, go to the Pro section and choose Deactivate. That frees a slot for the new one. If the old device is gone for good, email us with your order number and we'll free the slot for you.

Does Pro work offline?

Yes. The app re-checks your key whenever it's online, and trusts the last check while it isn't: up to 14 days for a 30-day pass and up to 90 days for a lifetime key. Connect once in that time and the clock starts again. A pass still ends on its own date, online or not.

Where are my projects stored?

Only on your device, and in each project's own link. Nothing is uploaded, so we have no copy to recover if a browser's data is cleared. To keep them, bookmark a project's link, or open Saved projects in the menu and choose Download all to save them to a file. Import puts them back, on this device or another.
